Profile stats stuck

Hey,

I noticed for 4-5 days, my profile was discovered 15 times last week. (+7% from the previous week) and got 17 views
Its still stuck and I report this problem for 3 times and the support told me no problem, How that!!

My profile usually or any profile in Upwork like that: If I bid on the job the profile views will increase and if I don't it will decrease, 

Btw, I didn't bid on these 4-5 days and views should decrease but it's still got 17 views

I need a solution to this problem, Also I face problem discussing my issues with Upwork support via email, why you removed Live chat support ?? I know it now for Top rated and I hope you return this option back I am not newbie freelancer!

I have exactly the same issue with my profile as well, but since Upwork has been buggy as hell recently I didn't start a ticket, I have just (sadly) started to see such things as the new normal.
