Profile visibility

Hi. My requests don't reviewing by the agent, which reviewed doesn't solve but is put as solved. I'm not clearly understanding why my profile doesn't public already more than 10 days.  The profile automatically turns private after 2 weeks of activation of the availability badge.
Can you help me solve the problem?
