Profile

Please unlock my profile. I’ve had two Plus Memberships decucted and just realized client aren’t able to see my profile. This may be why I’ve responsibly spent all my connect and have not had a hire.

I've escalated this to the Customer Support Team and they will get in touch with you with a support ticket to assist you fu

I've checked this with the team and it looks like your profile was not set to private automatically. Currently, your profile visibility is set to logged-in Upwork users only. You should be able to set this to public by going to your Profile Settings page (Settings > Profile Settings), and updating your visibility.

 Clients are able to see your profile, even if it is set to "Upwork users only" as clients, by definition, are "upwork users."
