My Profile availability is turned off. My Profile is not private So why it is unavailable. I Have 83 connects. Anyone can Help?

It seems your profile has been set private due to inactivity. 

They seem to have set this up so that the availabiltiy badge can only be activated if your profile is public. I guess they don't want people to use it as a short-cut to setting it to public again, which makes sense to me.
