Hello Freelancers et al., 

 

I have been on UpWork for almost two months. I did one quick job and recived a "Rising Talent" badge based upon a great review. I garnered a second job, which has turned out to be a long-term endeavor so I haven't searched or applied for another job. Sudenly, my "Rising Talent" badge vanished and customer service, upon several conversations, said it was an IT problem. Frist, has anyone else had an issue like this? Second, if so, how long does it take to get resolved?

Don't worry about the badge, you don't need it. It was not available a few months ago when I started and did no harm then. You only need a few jobs to get a JSS. Just delete the first paragraph of your profile and you will be fine.
