Profiles asking for verification

Today whatever page I am opening, It is asking for verification with a message saying ' We think you are using automation tools for browsing'
Please help what could be the reason. It is scaring me

In this process, I got to know I created a security question 4 years ago when I made my Upwork account. I forgot the answer. Can this have any consequences?
