Project Catalog - Number of revisions always defaulting to 'unlimited'

I was creating an Article Writing project under Project Catalog.  The number of revisions keeps defaulting to 'unlimited'.  I want to give only 1 revision to client. I click and select "1" but the word 'unlmited' keeps coming back.  See my attached screenshot

Is there a glitch in the Upwork system? Or is Upwork pre-setting newcomers to be able to select only 'unlmited'

I see others have 1 revision or 2 or 3 ....   I have offered to write an 800 word article. I will certainly not want a client to come back to me for unlimited revisions for a mere 800 word article. There will be good clients but they will be others who want to keep revising and the work never ends..  My very first attempt at creating a project and I cannot get this off.

I'm having the exact same issue. I already submitted a ticket to support, but I haven't received a solution yet. All the things that were suggested (try different browsers, clear cache/cookies, try incognito, etc.) didn't resolve the issue. It's incredibly frustrating because I spent a lot of time working on my project and now I can't do anything with it until they figure out what is causing this issue.
