Hello everyone, I have question to you. Client purchased my project catalog, After get the requirement I started work. Client was happy to my work, He asked for revision and I gave him couple of revisions. Then client asked for the final file, After provide the final work then client showing some lame excuse that he don't want to pay me.

Is there any solution? How can I get paid from a project catalog?

Normally, it should only take 5-10 business days and business days do not include weekends or holidays. However, despite having a high volume of Project submissions, rest assured that our team is doing their best to review all submissions as soon as possible.

Hello Upworkers. So it's been about 15 days since I've created and submitted my project catalogs and none of them have been approved yet. I haven't received any emails either. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? Thanks in advance.

I have posted my projects on 7-Aug-2022 and its still under review. Total is 17-Aug-2022 which makes 8 working days. Can I email upwork for this or should I have to wait? If I can contact anywhere please provide email.

I am worried about the Upwork project catalog more than 2 weeks ago I create a project catalog and there I saw the due date to review but now the due date has been gone more than 5 days ago and the project catalog is still pending. I checked all the information and everything is according to Upwork criteria. Upwork team Kindly Provide me with the solution or review my project catalog as soon as possible

Greetings!

I have two Aug. 11th Project Catalog  submissions waiting for appoval or denial. 

This would be the sixth business day, and I understand it generally takes five business days for the projects to get said approved or denied. 

Can someone update me with one is going on?

I got approved listing within 3-4 weeks. Just take eye on tickets\emails, usefull info there. Got some rejects with wrong captions, picture resolution, etc. Fix it then re-send to review. I hope it will be done soon. Good luck!

Excuse me, I just created a few service projects. I saw in the rules that it takes five days for review and approval at the latest. However, the service I created has been more than a week, and there is still no prompt. Please kindly tell me what to do ?

The only thing I see here is upwork people telling everyone that it can take up to 5 businesses days we all know that we are here because it has been more than 5 business days to get answers not get told what we know already I been waiting 14 business days now

My project on "My Project Dashboard" tab is still under review 😭. I am waiting almost 10 days to be approved. But, it said just 5 days to approve a project already!
