I am continuously seeking help for approving my two pending projects. But no moderators replying. I have uploaded lead generation data scraping project maintaining terms of conditions of Upwork. But the project are not approving. And an automatic messages always comes in few seconds declining my projects

I have followed up with the team and it looks like they cannot approve your projects as they they endorse scraping services that are prohibited by the terms of service (TOS) of those websites.

Please check again. And for confirmation that my projects are abiding TOS , i have researched over top rated freelancer;s projects. They're offering the same thing. Then why mine projects won't get approved? what's the difference? And I have explicitly mentioned that I will scrape ONLY PUBLICLY available datas.

I just received the notice too for "scraping" as refenced to downloading a clients assets fro , say YouTube.

either way, if I removed the word "scraping", my edit was instantly approved.

It's been  many days I'm opening tickets for same issue same reason that 3 of my projects is not still approved because of excuse of TOC. My 3 projects explicilty maintans TOC and I have searched over many top rated freelancers what they sell for data entry, lead generation, linkedIn scraping etc. Thousands of projects are active on the duplicate projects that I want to sell. Moderators are continuously ignoring me and saying "We'll look this for you" . But still nothing happened. some moderators replies my projects do not abide by TOC, Then what about those thousands of freelancer's projects?? Some says "Data Scraping is not permitted if it's not a consulting project" Then what about those projects ? some says My projects don't follow TOC of those websites i'll scrape, But I have explicitly said that i'll scrape only publicly available datas and datas which are permitted for scraping.And this do not violates TOC of any websites. But nothing, no one helps. Iam dam sure moderators will ignore me again.

Thank you for sharing your concern. I see that you're an exclusive member of your agency. I'd like to clarify that at this time, only agency managers can create agency projects. You can still create a project as a freelancer if you are not exclusive to an agency. You can learn more by visiting this helpful page.

I went to update my cover on on of my projects because I had left the toggle off by accident and the Welsh transcription bug has sparked up again.   Around a month ago I went round, and round, and round,  and round and round  with support.   

There is no Welsh here.  Can someone work out why this is happening ???? or just see it for what it is and press the button to let this project through.

I cannot share or view my Project Catalog items it just returns me to the bowse catalog page. Also when i try to edit and change the project it doesnt work. I am at a loss, I cannot share it with potential clients at all.

A client discussed some work with me and I gave a price. The client has chosen an order from my project catalog but I wasn't aware that the client was considering this path and we did not discuss it. The client has chosen the Starter rate when it would have been the Standard.

I cannot do the project with that budget, so how do I reject the order? I assume that you can reject the order otherwise, every client will choose the lowest price all the time and expect whatever they want to be delivered. I will have no choice but to delete the project from the catalog.

I am sorry to hear about your project. As mentioned in the attached screenshot, it was rejected because it advertised scraping services, which is considered a TOS violation.
