Hi, I have submitted 3 projects for approval. Two of these are still pending for 9 days. As per I know according to your legitimate time duration for approval is 7 days. I have reach out to support via email but still not approved.
I am curious to know about it, the reason for delaying and its really frustrating.

I know this reply is old but does it still apply? I am Top Rated and my projects are in review since May 17th. Certainly more than 2 business days, I'll help you free of charge and count - it's 11 days. It is more than 2 business days, in case you can't tell. Given how support treats me recently, I suspect there is some kind of notice attached to my account that says "delay everything". Wouldn't be surprised, UW does hate freelancers.

I am facing this problem 1) Review is not appearing on my profile although the contract has ended, reviews are given from both sides & it's more than 24 hours.
2) Project is not getting approved, it's been the 7th day.
3) Consultation is under review, it's been 13  days.
