Hi Md. Raju,
Project Catalog is where you let clients come to you. When you create a project, it displays as a listing that clients can open to learn more. Clients find you by searching for the skills and services you offer.
When you create a project we will first review it before making it visible to clients. Our review includes making sure your project is complete, looks professional, and doesn’t violate our Terms of Service. Please allow up to five business days for your project to be reviewed.
Thank you,

Hi Navnish,
I'm afraid that the metrics you're looking for aren't available. However, I'll be sure to forward this as feedback to our Product team.
Regarding your second question, you can have up to 20 projects total in active/review status at once. You can also have another 20 in draft form. To learn more about Project Catalog, click here.

Hi Masud,
On your project dashboard, you’ll see a toggle switch to change the visibility between “on” and “off” for each project. Please be sure to toggle switch to “on” for projects you want to be visible.
Thank you!

Hi,
I hope everyone is doing great. I am here to discuss one issue. Today one client has purchased a project from "Project Catalog" but without knowing my availability he has placed an order. I am a bit tight on the schedule to accept the order at this time.
Should I reach out to him for excuse? or should I cancel the order right away and let him know the reason? I am scared what if he leaves any negative feedback?
Please help me out.
Best regards
Khurram Shehzad

Hi Khurram,
Since clients will be able to instantly buy your project and likely will expect you to meet the delivery time you have listed there, you may wish to turn off the project if you won’t be available to complete the work. Pro tip: In general, if your project is “on” you should be prepared to have a client purchase it at any time.
In this case, if you won't be able to complete the project, I would suggest you cancel it. You can cancel a contract within 24 hours of the client submitting requirements to you without any penalty or impact on your Job Success Score.

Hey!
I am new to Upwork, still may project catalog is under-review. Can anybody have idea how many days i have to wait?
Mar 30, 2022 07:00:07 AM by Alisha H
This has happened before and, the last time, I lost a high-paying client because of it. So, I'm really hoping I can avoid that this time.
The scenario is as follows:
1. Client reaches out about a project in my catalog
2. Their terms differ from my set packages, so I create a custom contract
3. They send me a message saying that they "clicked accept", but nothing shows up on my end. When I check my contract status to confirm, it's still listed as pending.
Last time this happened, I tried contacting upwork support and they said that nothing seemed to be wrong on my end. So, I encouraged the client to reach out to Upwork support to get the issue resolved. They did that, but Upwork support said they just needed to accept the contract, which they already did.
What's going on here? Any theories? Do you think it's just a person trying to scam? Or maybe they're not completing the contract by adding their funds to escrow, and that's why it's not going through? Is there a technical issue I'm not aware of?
Mar 30, 2022 08:18:24 AM by Andrea G
Hi Alisha,
I checked your account and it looks like your contract is all set! If you need any further assistance please let us know.
Mar 30, 2022 11:16:51 AM by Alisha H
Thanks Andrea! The client said that, intially, clicking "accept" didn't offer him additional options, but I encouraged him to try again, and make sure he clicked through to add money to Escrow, since sometimes that can hold things up. Apparently that worked.

Hello Upwork,
I'm facing an issue related to my all project catalogs that I was searching to check where it is showing in the search results If you type the whole title of the project catalog in search box definitely it will give you the result but if we talk about searching from users perspective user will not type this phrase suppose user typed the keyword wireframe in the search box and there are 1516 results showing the catalogs which contain wireframe keyword so my project catalog should be display in search results I have checked all the 1516 results 3 times but unfortunately my project catalog not come into the search results with a single keyword that is the problem I'm facing right now.
Best Regards,
Annus Abdullah

I have a client that has purchased a my uppermost catalogue offering, but is now insisting that I go beyond the scope of the work that was stipulated. I have no problem doing the work, but I do not see a way to add additional hours onto the existing contract other than starting a new contract, which neither party would prefer.
What do I do here?
May 15, 2022 10:45:56 AM Edited May 15, 2022 10:46:07 AM by Luiggi R
Hi Jarrett,
I'm afraid there's currently no way for you to switch the deadline on an ongoing Project Catalog contract. If the project goes beyond the deadline, you can still communicate this to the client and continue working with them, but do note that the deadline on projects is enforced and your client may ask for a refund. Feel free to check this help article to learn more.
May 15, 2022 11:00:50 AM by Jarrett N
It is not the deadline that I am concerned with. The client is attempting to add requirements that are outside the scope of of the contract and therfore not funded. My question is how do I add on those extras in order to satify the client while do a bunch of work that is not paid for.

Hi,
a project i was working on with a freelancer has been cancelled because "because you didn't provide requirements within 48 hours".
I was alredy working with this person for 2 days, provided all information but directly by messages.
How can upwork reactivate this project that they closed by error ? difficult to find any support contact.
Thanks.
May 22, 2022 09:35:52 AM by Luiggi R
Hi Thierry,
I'm sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused you. When you purchase a project, you will need to submit the requirements set by the freelancer through the project page, not through Messages, right after making the purchase. By design, if the requirements aren't submitted within 48 hours, the project gets cancelled and you are automatically refunded. To start over, you can go to Jobs > All Contracts, look for the project in question from the list, and click on "Reorder". Feel free to check this help article to learn more.
