Building projects (floor plans, construction documents) often require a licensed Architect or Engineer to seal the documents for permitting & construction. An out of state Architect or Engineer cannot seal documents in a state they are not licensed in. It would be very useful for Clients to post the project location, at least the State. This will help filter the job search. Can UpWork help facilitate this?
