Project catalogue order got cancelled/ended just after a few hours.

Hey everyone,

Someone purchased a project from my project catalog. They submitted all the requirements that I asked for within the project, so it wasn't ordered by mistake. The delivery time was 48 hours.

They purchased it around 9:00 pm (my time) and ended it around 7:00 am the next morning. By the time I woke up, it was already ended. They have asked for an escrow return, which I'm more than happy to do.

My only concern is: will this affect my Job Success Score (JSS)? I didn't do anything wrong!

Can someone please help me figure out what I'm supposed to do now and what's going to happen?

There shouldn't be any issue with your JSS, as the money was kept in escrow and did not reach your account before they canceled.

Alright, thanks. So all I have to do is return the escrow, and I should be out of the woods. Right?
