Project ended successfully with feedback but client request me to refund

Hi Support,

 

If project ended and client provided me feedback as well. then the client requests me for the refund and changed all login credential as well. What can I do?

 

Its hourly job and I have done all the hours that we are agreed, 

 

I am new on up work and I have done my first project,

 Did you use the tracker with adequate activity and meaningful work memos which clearly describe the work done and all screenshots show only work related to the client's project?

 

If !!ALL!! the above apply, you win any dispute. If even one of them does not, the client wins the dispute.

Hi Priyanka,

 

Please, communicate with the client directly to try and resolve any issues amicably. If you agree to refund the money, you can issue the refund directly from the request in Messages. If you decide not to refund, the client may seek mediation assistance from Upwork. If that happens, Upwork team will reach out to you directly!
