Project solution submitted through message, now client not responding and clearing dues

On 28th May **Edited for Community Guidelines** I submitted one project "Math problem in C". He selected me. I have completed the project and submitted on 6th June 2022 through message. By mistake I didn't notice that he has not started any contract. Now he is not replying to any message and not clearing my payment. I worked total 8 hrs. per hr his rate was 15 USD. Please help me to resolve this issue.

It is resolved. If you work without a contract, there is nothing anyone can do.
