Good morning dear freelancers,

Since the may 28th, I am waiting for my 60 connects, as usual, but nothing yet, So impossible to submit proposal; as a Top Rated freelancer with 5 years on Upwork, all I wish is an explanation...They said that I should buy the connects, but When I want to do so, they ask me PROMO CODE which is given my email only, as they said, I wonder with this? What is the logic in this PROMO Code? Why other freelancer have still have their connects freely and not me? Why other can have a Promo Code and not me?

There's a problem! I don't have connects at the moment to get a job and I've completely sent my payment to my PayPal account which means - I don't have money to purchase connects and my paypal account isn't verified (there's a way but I can't do). 

Is there any other way to purchase connects? Can I get free connects?

There was a way to get around 30 connects and that's by answering a few questions about Upwork. Why is it removed? Even though it was only available for once - it was good.

Also, my billing cycle is the 5th of every month (the next one is on 5 November) - will I seriously wait for it? There's too much time left.

I believe that you're referring to the Upwork Readiness test. I'm afraid that test was discontinued a while ago. Please see this announcement for more information. 

If you need more Connects to continue applying for jobs, you can buy them in bundles or a custom amount of your choice by going to Settings > Memberships & Connects and clicking Add More Connects.

No, they don't give you codes. I don't know why they don't warn that it is not necessary to fill out this to buy connects and how to get them.
