I have tried numerous times to upload proof of residence to no avail and now, I'm locked out of the system from trying. Please help

Thank you.  I got a message saying I got it to work, but now it my submit proposal button is gray and I cannot submit proposals for U.S. only jobs.  What should I do?  I tried logging out and back in already to see if it would reset.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Angie, 

I checked your account and it looks like you were asked to verify your identity. As stated on your ticket, the verification will take within 48-72 hours. The team will get back to you if there are issues with your documents, otherwise, you will be allowed to continue bidding once you have passed the verification.
