Proposal Downtrend

Over the past few months, I've noticed quite a few people saying how they "aren't getting interviewed as often" nor "being invited to interview" as often which is leading to fewer hires. I'm curious as to what people feel the reason for this is. I too have noticed a remarkable drop off in interviews and hires over the past year via a proposal (117 proposals, 8 interviews, 3 hires) where I was receiving consistent interviews and hires the year prior (proposals are solid and jobs vetted). The reasons below are my thoughts on this, but again, curious as to others' thoughts...

Competition Increase

Far too many clients lack follow-though on hiring

I'd like to also state that I don't think boosting has had an effect on this. From what I gather, clients seem to hate boosting.

Yes, I believe that too is part of the issue.

I was wondering about the ratios that you mentioned, (117-8-3). What are the averages? I've been on the platform for months now, and my numbers are about the same. While Badges and JSS are saught after, it seems like a disadvantage to those struggling to get off the ground. I get that it's designed as a filter to qualify, but at the same time, someone with experience in the field could also be disqualified for the same reason.
