Proposal Feedback & Dismiss Other Proposals Tools

I have never seen the UI on the client side of UpWork; however, I wish there was a tool or option for them to quickly deliver feedback on our pitches if and when they review them, so we learn where to improve to get hired.

Another thing would be to have the option to dismiss all other proposals once they have effectively hired someone for the gig in question, so we aren't felt hanging until the job is finished and closed to learn if we are still in the running or not. This is especially frustrating if we pass to the interview part and are just left in the void then.

When the client declines the freelancers' proposals, a notification is sent stating the reason why the proposal is declined, and your proposal goes to the archived list from the submitted/active proposals. However, when the client does nothing, it hangs around until the job is closed.
