Proposal Issue

Hello Team,

Warm Greetings!!

I would like to bring into your kind notice that I am facing an issue regarding the submission of proposals. Well, when I submit the proposal and reopen the job post, the submit button is still enabled and when I click on it the message appear that I have already submitted the proposal. 

I humbly request you to look into this and resolve this issue as earliest as possible

IIRC, a new window opens when you click the submit button. I'm sooooo freakin happy they do this now, because you would lose your place on the job feed before (so thank you to whoever came up with this idea Upwork, mucho gracias for real)

So, now you just close the flyout modal window thing that they show you and refresh the window if you want it to disable it, but I don't see this as a huge deal.

Doesn't work out for me as the button is still enabled. I don't know what's the real issue behind this but team should look into this and rectify it.
