I am new to this upwork group as freenlancer. so far I have submitted 15+ proposals. I am not sure whether my proposals have been reviewed accepted/rejected by the client or not. ?
And also I notice there are several proposals posted by the clients since a month ago are still available to submit new proposal. ? Does it mean that, those proposals are still available to bid ??
