When I submit a proposal , this message appear on my screen "To submit a proposal, update your address". while I have updated my address but still i can't submit proposal.
Kindly resolve this matter, your prompt response in this regard is highly appreciated.

Hi Ahmad,
I checked this for you and looks like the City field under your address information is still not filled. Please try clearing your cache and cookies and using a different browser to log in to your account and fill all the fields under your location information.
If the issue persists after this please let us know and our team will assist you further.

I am getting nothing when I am clicking on submit proposal, it's doing nothing and not even redirecting anywhere. Kindly guide why this is happening?
