Proposal Submission Not Working

Last night I spent an hour creating a great proposal but after clicking on the submit button, it never wnet through. It just stays stalled with the little green spinning wheel that spins and spins forever. I did it in the evening and the next morning it was still spinning and never went through. Now I have to start all over again? That is so frustrating. Why did this happen and will it happen again if I submit it again?

Looks like you are using a client account currently. Could you please use your freelancer account and let us know if you're experiencing the same issue? Also, try to clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue.
