Why my proposals are not being accepted? Do others have the same issue or it is only with the beginners?

@Saba S,

This is not with you only, Its an universal. Many time we feel we were have a very strong proposal for client but event that is not attended a single time. 

Do not give way.... Apply the proposal as much you can. Hoping for an reply from client. 
Be happy.

I will be more direct than other respondent.  Unfortunately, you do not have any experience or educational background in the skill you are trying to find work.  People are very reluctant to take chance on unknown quantity.

Thanks for visiting my profile! Unfortunately, I don't have an experience or educational background. But this is NOT an unknown quantity, I have learnt these skills recently plus still working to be more efficient and every person don't have an experience at the start of work. Then, one start doing work and get experience with time.
