Proposal copy and paste

I am a new freelancer at upwork. I want to know that if i send proposal copy to paste, Have any problem to get job.

Upwork is probably not going to penalize you, if thst is what you are worried about.

But a client may be uninterested in hiring copy-and-paste freelancers.

It depends on the client. It depends on the job.

As a freelancer, I NEVER use copy-and-paste proposals.

But as a client, I hire a lot of freelancers and I usually don't read proposals. So if you applied to my job as (for an example) an illustrator, I would not read your proposal. I would look at your portfolio. But when you submit a proposal, you have no way if you are applying to a client who will or will not read the proposal. So you will be better off if you never use copy-and-paste, and send good concise custom proposals.
