Proposal has disappeared

Yesterday I submitted a proposal and boosted it. Today the proposal has disappeared. It is not in Archived. And the customer who had two jobs, has also disappeared apparently. Both jobs are gone without a trace.

This i very odd and I am a bit miffed, since I have paid to boost my proposal.

Should be it was deleted with ToS violation. But connects will be refunded then.

Hi Bjoern,

Thank you for reaching out. Mykola is correct, when a job post violates our ToS they get removed from the marketplace and your Connects get returned.

Thank you Moderator Annie Jane B - Is it possible to see a "transaction list of connects" somewhere? Can I see what I have spent on what and what I have gotten back?

Thank you for following up. I would like to clarify that you can use your Connects History page to track how you are using your Connects.
