Proposal submitted numbers don't jive

Why does the proposal number at the front of the job posting not the same as the number inside the job posting description?

For example, the "front" of the job description (the posted list).. will show as less than 5 proposals submitted.  But once "inside" the job posting it is showing something different like 5 to 10?

All of Upwork's pages are like that. Some pages take longer to update than others. Ever look at your earnings? Each page is different.

Just a thought...maybe Upwork should find talent on Upwork to fix this LOL
