Proposal submitting issue

Hi,

I am facing a issue when sumitting the proposal. When I am submitting proposal it showing this message 'Thank you for completing your Upwork verification upload. Please allow 3-4 business days for your verification to be processed'. It saying 3-4 business days but I am facing this issue for about 3-4 months. So, I need emergency help.
