Apologies for not answering the question you asked 🙂 But there are a lot of good resources on writing good proposals both here and in the Upwork resources, so you should check those out. I did take a peek at your profile and have a couple of ideas. If you're doing photo editing, definitely assemble a portfolio and dedicate a specialized profile to it, because clients will want to see that. Also, I'd argue customer service is a bit different than virtual assisting, so perhaps gear your profile more towards what specifically you can provide the client as a "virtual assistant" and not focus so much on "customer service."
