Hi Team
When the client declined my proposal connect should revert back to my account and when i withdraw the proposal when i am not getting response from them connects should reflect back to my account why this is not reflecting please help me with this

Connects are only returned when a job is cancelled by the client (If they don't hire and take the time to close the job) or if a job violates Upwork's TOS. When a job expires on it's own, connects are not returned.

That's it. There is no point in withdrawing your proposals.
