Proposals removed

Hello! I got a verification pause, now everything is ok, but my proposals are gone, and never returned. I made few purchases to top up them, but currently I can’t apply for jobs, cause everything was gone. Is there a possibility to get it back? Thanks in advance

Currently I can see the status Withdrawn, on my applications, but nothing was returned. Is there a possibility to get some amount of proposals? Cause I bought it, and planned to spend them on applications, and currently can't do it.
