Does anyone have this kind of experience like me or I am the only one.

Can anyone explain to me why, for 20 days, no one interview me, i've already spent over 50 of my monthly connects and only one client has responded so far. In last month i have a lot more similar jobs and the clients interview me and hired me when i did the job. But now when i propose on every proposal, and i send a attached sample too, there no reply at all. I wonder if they even see my attached samples at all?

If you suspect that your attachments are getting through with your proposal, then include an alternative means for clients to view them. Refer them to your Upwork profile or elsewhere. 

That being said, many of my regular clients didn't get in touch with me during the first week of January and are just now ramping back up to full business speed. The winter holiday season is a long one.

 It is quite normal that work is coming in slowly after Xmas and sometimes in summer. One reason is that most companies use their remaining budget in december and start planning again in january. Use this time to prepare your tax report and focus on marketing etc. All the things you usually have no time to do.
