Dear All,

I just want to understand further how this works, when I submit a personal to a client does he/she see my cover letter that is submitted or only the hourly rate or fixed price I have submitted to other proposals or neither?

Appreciate your help!

He can see the first 2 lines of your proposal until he clicks on it to see the whole text.

No I mean if I submit a proposal to client X for example will they see my proposal to client Z or only the rate I am charging.

No of course they can't see your other proposals, but they can see at what hourly rate you worked for other clients.
