Propose a new Contract - Weekly Retainer

Hi there, A client wants to work with me for a fixed weekly sallery. I want to propose her a new Weekly Retainer contract. So, Is it possible to propose a new Weekly retainer contract to clients?

Let the client set it up. Do remember there is no (as in absolutely zero) payment protection for the weekly retainer, no way to dispute non-payment and in case of a client disputing or failing to pay, you have no way to get paid.
