Proposed Contract Issue

I have a potential client that reached out to me via one of my listed projects. Her needs didn't quite suit the project listing, so I sent her a Proposed Contract instead. She's approved it ... several times ... but it's not showing up on my side. I did find another thread about the same issue (https://community.upwork.com/t5/Freelancers/Help-with-a-proposed-new-contract/td-p/966335) so I'm wondering if it's something beyond either my or my client's ability to resolve? I'd love some help on this, thank you!
