Proposing a new contract from hourly to fixed - does original inactive contract affect my JSS?

Hello,

In cases where a new contract is proposed because the client ends up wanting to assign the work as fixed price milestones instead of hourly, does the original accepted hourly contract affect my JSS score negatively because it is inactive and no money is being earned on it?

Thanks!

If you accepted and never earned anything at all, yes, it will.

It will affect it when you close it or after 2+ months if you leave it open.

A payment of even a single Dollar renders it harmless, open or closed though.
