Proposing new terms

Hi there,

I have just had a proposal accepted. The client has requeste additional work to be done which we have agreed an additional price for via our Messages.

I can't find an option to submit alternative terms to incorporate this additional work. Is this because the client has already accepted my previous terms? If I decline their offer will this allow me to submit a new one at the new price?
