Prospective client is a scam

Hello,
my prospective client (company) is a scam. Don't get me wrong, they pay their employees (freelancers) well, but the company itself is deceptive. They sell "goods" to their customers, receive payments, but don't ship the product, or they may ship fake products in some cases. 

Do you have any experience with such clients? Is there a possibility to report them? I wouldn't want to be a part of this...

If you see a post from them, flag it. And report their name here. Upwork will remove their name but you can then reach out to a moderator privately and share you concerns and then they will share that with the appropriate team.
