Purchased connects not added on my account

I just checked this for you and as per your Transaction History you purchased 10 connects and those were added to your connects balance, this you can check under your Connects History. Please, feel free to reach back to us if we can still assist you with any concern, we'd be happy to help!

Hi Bojan, Thanks for the reply, please see the attached file transaction record on my debit card, i purchased four times (40 connects) but only 10 connects added on my upwork account. Your advised is much appreciated.
