Client paid me a minimal deposit, my hourly fee, to reserve a date on my busy calendar to begin her project. I said I would be deducted the amount from the final cost. This was an hourly contract. The project is now finished and I want to refund her the deposit. Problems:
1) I didn't see a checkbox under the screens in my Work Diary to delete the screens and avoid payment of those times.
2) Payment for the hours worked was automatically deposited to my bank per the option I selected when I set up my Upwork account so now my Upwork account has a zero balance.
How can I refund the money to the client? Can I transfer money into my Upwork account so I can refund it to the client? Help!
