Qualified Rising Talent but not updated on Preferred qualification section of Proposals

Dear Team,

Please note that I have qualified for Rising Talent and same is being confirmed by Upwork. However, when I apply for proposals where prefered qualification is Rising Talent, the system come-up with "!" stating "You do not meet this qualification".

would be grateful for eariest resolution of above problem.
