Hi Upwork community ,I hope you are doing well . I had an issue regarding a contract where I had used manual hours for a contract and client knows about it in the start. Throughout the contract we had Good communication and client was happy from the work . But suddenly contract was paused due to client credit card issue ( payment failure ) and client vanished for two months . Work was completed as per the client requirements.
Today I had received an email from upwork that my contract is reactivated so as work is already completed but payment is not reciecved . So should I put the manual hours for the work already done. I had messaged the client various time but haven't heard back.
Kindly advise if anyone had face such situation.
