Query Regarding Amount Credit Message Info ( Indian GST Scenario) Help ?

Hello Freelancers,

Glad to write my first post here in the community forum. 

I am happy to be part of this extended family.

I have a certain query and if fellow Indian freelancers may suggest or help in this regards would help me as it is related to Bank Message.

So whenever i receive a Upwork credit from my Bank from few months it contains a Info like :

  "UTRXXX:XX amount credited.Advance payments against trade funds not be CR to KYC non compliant small A/C.FEMA1999 to be adhered "

I just wanted to understand what does that message means and is the same received by other fellow freelancers also ?

did you get the meaning of the info message sent by bank...?
because same message received me.

No, i am unable to get the meaning of that message. If you get to know, please do share.

Though i believe i have stopped receiving those messages now.
