Hello, I wanted to ask about the fees you charge for freelancers. At first, I kind of get them but when I received my first payment, I can't understand something. I wanted to ask where the $5.40 deduction came from. I was supposed to receive $107 excluding the service fee but the pending amount is just $101.60. Can you please explain this? Thanks.

$127.00 x 20% is $25.40 (20% fee is taken from the billed amount)
$127 minus $25.40 is $101.60

Does that mean I won't be receiving the $20 anymore? Why is it still pending?

Hi Alexie,
If there is an amount in the Pending tab, it means that this is already in the 5-day security period, and will be available for withdrawal on 27-December, Wednesday.
