Query regarding Agency

Hello,

I have a query related to Agency.

I am resident of US hence I am eligible apply to the "US Only" opportunity as a freelancer.

If I create an Agency on upwork, and it has members from other countries like india, will my Agency still be eligible for applying to "US Only" opportunity ?

Hi Haresh,

Please know that only agency members who are US verified can submit jobs to US-only job posts.
