Client requested to me for refund and i dispute beacuase i have completed all task now client agree to pay me $200 usd so my question is i can get $200 usd?

If you have agreed that, you and the client can write that in the dispute mediation "room!"

If client paid $200 usd upwork can deduct any amount like net amount?
