Question about creating a form to facilitate the interview process

Hi!

I've been a freelancer on Upwork since the oDesk days.

To make a long story short, I'm at a point where I need to create effeciencies wherever I can. Are freelancers allowed to create a questionnaire through Google Forms to help nail down whether the client and project are a good fit (as well as the scope of work) as long as it doesn't ask for contact information?
