Question re: Accept Offer

I received an invitation to develop a business plan today. I replied with a highe price than budgeted and explained the reason for this increase.

This evening I received a notification from Upwork asking me to Accept or Decline a job acceptance offer. My problem is I do not know if I am accepting my higher budget offer or the client's oroginal budget.

I do not see anything that states the client accepted my offer.

I am assuming that the price I typed into the proposal amount would take preccedent, but considering the platform one never knows.

Don't accept from the email, go directly to the offer, it will show you the details.

Hi Petra,

I had done that already. I went to my jobs pending offers and clicked on view offer. It took me to a page that contained the following:

PENDING - Expires on January 22, 2016.

Contract Title -Franchise Business Plans
Related Job Opening - Franchise Business Plans

Milestone(s)
Name Due Date
1. Job AcceptanceJan 15, 2016

Offer Date - January 15, 2016

Accept Offer    Decline Offer

The pages just updated a few minutes ago and now they show $ amounts. Things are clearer now...everything seems fine.

Hi Jeffrey,

I've checked and you need to switch to your Agency context in order to see the budget.
