Question regarding VAT charge.

Hi all, hope you're doing great! I just saw in my Reports tab, that in the week 23-29 of November, I got charged the VAT. I thought we were going to get charged from the 1st of December as the official Upwork announcement was saying so. Am I missing something here?

Thank you for asking. Since the Service Fee for that week's invoice was charged after December 1, VAT was charged as well.
