Questions About Dispute

Hello,

I want to ask a question about a fixed price project.

If I enter into a dispute with a customer, is it still possible for me to get a portion of the fee? Or is there only two kinds of arbitration results, one is that the customer pays all the money, and the other is that the customer gets all the money back?

Thanks

During dispute mediation, a compromise can be suggested and accepted, which can be part of the money.

Don't mix up dispute mediation and arbitration, which are two different processes.

Arbitration would only happen if dispute mediation (in which no binding decision is made) fails *and* after all parties have paid $291 each to proceed to arbitration for a binding decision.
